Ok im back i realized that rebooting the xbox wouldn't solve the problem, so i looked up if this was happening with anyone else and i found out people talked about this on reddit 1 yr ago. It seems that this is the game s problem. The lag issue that im having happens in the past gen consoles. It seems xbox series x, ps5, switch and the more powerful pcs don't suffer with this as much or don't even have the problem at all. So basically it's the game not being very well polished

i looted the mercury two vessel for metal salvage until there was nothing left, i go back, and it's packed to the brim with salvage again!
and same with limestone chunks near my base. I boot up the scanner, wack a whole bunch of them and clear the nearby area out, but next time i boot up the scanner, i see limestone chunks directly underneath my house!

Do you have other power sources in the same base? I've heard that power is used on the order you have built power plants. So if you built solar panels first, energy is used from them first and when solar panels are empty, the bioreactor is used

One global, 20 seconds for all of them.
And it's 120 seconds with the same seamonkey.
So technically you can have gifts all 20 seconds if there are multiple seamonkeys around.

The claw yes, but you can drill / use the torpedo arm with gas torpedoes.
You can also hit it with propulsion cannon but it might be more time consuming than the knife, as you would have to reload it.

The fragments are placed by hand and aren't part of the RNG.
So they're always at the same place.
