I'm unsure, my guess would be not all items. The game usually 'saves' your inventory when you enter a base etc. so when you die you only lose 'unsaved' items. But like the other person also asked whether the prawn saves it I'm unsure of.

Yeah it’s sort of in between a cyclops and seamoth. It took a little time to get used to, but I ended up loving the seatruck with its modularity. Do wish they’d given more storage slots overall, but once you can condense/re-expand resources with fab module & recyclotron combo it’s not too bad
