I can agree with an earlier comment, adding a character shadow would definitely add more life to the game. With the weird perspective the campfire looked a bit odd. Probably because the fire lighting was underneath it rather then completely surrounding it in that diamond since the rest of the background seems more top down? I'm likely explaining badly.
