This project was made for the Steampunk Camera Model I had posted. The scene took around 4 to 5 days to Complete. All the models were made in Maya, Baked and Textured in Substance Painter, and Rendered in Unreal Engine 4. The Final Scene has I around 60k Tris.

Ok then first I'd recommend constantly drawing it on another piece of paper until you feel that it's right then use both the image and the other drawing your happy with to try and make it as best as you can

If you have a compass lying around somewhere use that for the circular eye

Belive me with focus on the image and your hands paper and pencil you could be able to make something really amazing

Most artists I know struggle with 'Impostor syndrome' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impostor_syndrome). Even ones who have shipped millions of copies of their work in games, TV and movies. Almost all of them, it took them a very long time to get where they wanted to be (like 5-10 years after college). But persistance is key, honing your craft. As long as you continue to do it, you'll get there. (CC @vast olive )
