Roleplaying is generally played poorly
Either that's a trap and all roleplaying is of poor quality (which might be true) or it isn't a great reason.

The way I'd do it is I'd stick by the creature, listen for a sound, then listen to all the sounds sequentially until I find the exact one I heard

That's not how mergers work.

#

You see, two communities decide what they want to do with their lives and staff helps them move pages from one wiki to another (based on what the communities decide to do). In this case, the Subnautica Wiki on Fandom was better in pretty much every way, so nothing was formally moved.

#

They effectively replaced the wiki with #REDIRECT Subnautica Wiki on Fandom but in a way that doesn't hurt SEO.

#

Because I'm assuming that having a banner is considered better than making subnautica.gamepedia.com automatically redirect to subnautica.fandom.com.

The big update was what is called addressables. So that changes the way we load and unload objects in the game world. It will improve loading in and out of the world but can cause some weird things to break.

to get that kind of information we need to be watching a leviathan for possibly hours to freeze the game, and check the furthest it can go down by using freecam/ghost to get down to its position.

Oh god that's the one part of the map I didn't want to touch.

I'm aware the Frozen River isn't supposed to be accessible and I would rename it Outpost Zero but the coloured regions represent biomes and not locations, so I left it as is.

I guess if the rest of the wiki editors all agreed to rename that area to outpost zero, then I'd comply.

When creating a Bot Password, you log in with your bot account to a Fandom wiki (just like you would with your regular account) and you specify what can and cannot be done using that password (e.g., you enable basic editing and moving articles but disable deleting articles). This is mostly done for security reasons.

This is mostly doen for security reasons.
For example: at your workplace, you like to edit articles but not delete/move/protect them. You want to call this SLSbot@BasicWork and only grant yourself those basic editing abilities. You can edit articles but you can't delete/move/protect them from your work computer.

Your boss comes along, browses your saved profiles on your computer, and finds your bot password (if that's possible). Because you're using a bot password, they don't have access to your account. Because that bot password only grants them a few abilities, they can't do a whole lot of vandalism on the wiki.

It's not a direct reference to Among Us, but rather just games in that genre. We had a sci-fi version of Mafia or Werewolf in mind when adding it in. (Fun fact: We're all huge fans of Werewolf at UWE and play it a ton whenever we get together in person.)

Tabbers are terrible on mobile in general across the internet; it's not exclusive to this platform. Fandom deals with the issue by sometimes giving the contents of the tabs one after the other and sometimes it only shows the content of the first tab (don't know when each one happens).

Repair the radio, then immediately run the command. It should, hopefully, provide the exact time it should take to receive, which can then be calculated into days.

The delay is dependent on what you do first. And you should add that the radio itself has a queue system.

Imagine you repair the radio, you trigger a few things. Now, you lose yourself, and you go in grand reef. The radio message triggered when you reach grand reef will be higher in the queue than your Sunbeam one. Even if you'll have them at the same time, since the radio has a queue system you won't have it on the radio at the same moment.

And the Sunbeam message will not be at 10 or 40 minutes, but at your previous queue messages * 600 seconds.

#

In other words, it's highly dependent on the way you play.

#

Also, it depends on when you trigger the message on the radio.

#

What you do is, you suppose the player will stay inside his lifepod all the time, basically, triggering the radio message the moment they're on the radio and suppose they don't have any message in their queue.

You can write those delays, but you should specify that they're not the time players will encounter them, because other variables need to be taken into account. It's more like a minimal time.

It will be 40 + number of messages pending on the radio * 600 + the delay they trigger them on the radio itself.

#

What you have is the delays from the scheduler. The scheduler will trigger those story goals at that time. But the player will listen to those whenever they want & depending on the previous queue.
