We've been taking a look around our top wikis and noticed that a ton of admins create local navigations based on assumptions that aren't true - admittedly, we have not given them any better information before now either

#

Mainly, most people vastly overestimate how many editors there are vs. readers, and how important it is to cater to editors in the nav. 0.05% of the people looking at your wiki are editors. The entire rest is there to find articles

#

Editors have other ways of finding the tools that they use all the time, most notably the bottom toolbar, so the local nav doesn't have to be a repository for tools and links that make no sense to 99.95% of people looking at it

@edgy lagoon there is something that needs to be done that I couldn't get working.
In the gallery of the Cyclops, in the video section, there are two gifs showing the cyclops shield and cyclops sonar being used. Both are heavily outdated and need updating. If you could record two serpate videos of the sonar and shield being used. It would be nice.

In the meantime, it looks like that particular redirect was created for the sole purpose of interwiki links between "Precursor Race" on the Subnautica wiki and "The Architects" on the Below Zero wiki. The redirects could be deleted if the {{SubnauticaLinkThe}} template were updated to allow linking to a page with a different name, so you could type {{SubnauticaLinkThe}} if the page names match and {{SubnauticaLinkThe|The Architects}} if they don't.

I think it's intentional, the "Proofread" list is probably filled with popular pages that were recently edited. It makes sense that you'd want your most popular pages to be as accurate and well-written as possible.

Just got confirmation that it's based purely on popularity, and there's no way to remove pages from that list except by deleting the page.

Uh, no. Popular just means a lot of people are visiting the page. Most visitors are looking for info and can't tell whether the info is accurate. Even if they do notice errors, they might not care enough to fix it -- instead they go to other gaming websites and tell everyone how 'useless' the wiki is. (Yes, I've seen people do this.)
