Basically, I overlaid the in-game circle icon on top of another icon, and trimmed the edges off so it blended in.

(The other icon being the flashlight icon from the wiki)

I then cut out the icon of the stasis rifle and propulsion cannon and positioned it to match the lower quality version.

This in turn made it look better quality.
