I know The leviathans travel out of their designated zone but is it known to happen with other mobs?
The stalkers in the kelp forest near me has left the kelp forest and are all slowly journeying across the safe shallows and getting close as all hell to my base so it's incredibly frustrating

@blazing bronze Well given that I'm merely asking for some camera fixes and not a full blown VR rework, that would be rather disappointing ;) I don't even need an FOV slider, all I ask for is that they honor the suggested FOV that the VR API provides them with. Not that I know what Unity provides, I've really just worked directly with the SteamVR Api myself.

I guess it depends on what development resources go into working on the VR. If they can make a small separate team to handle that while the main team works on the expansion, then they may well do so
cf the new textures being done for Minecraft. People say "why are they doing this when they should be doing XYZ" and it's like "there are separate people working on it, the main game team aren't being diverted for this"

But frankly, me personally, I don't need a full rework. There was a time where I could adjust the FOV etc with console, and some bugs not withstanding, it's one of the more enjoyable VR experiences I've had.

My personal preference would be if the devs scrapped VR porting for subnautica and just released a seperate version specifically modified for VR with features like model mapping controll and physical interacion with props. But i get it that most of their attention right now is tilted for Expansions.
