I find that I listen to admins who speak with logic. Under Generic Festive Name's plan, the Citation Needed templates are no longer necessary.
As to adding Subnautica Wiki:Citations, my own opinion would be that it would not be added to the list. Once the current issues are cited, it may be that not many users will take advantage of it. Of course, that could be wrong, but it is my current guess.
