You should be nicer to your pencils. Instead of pressing harder to make the color stronger, try coloring for longer in the same place. This will hide the pencil lines and bright spots between them. Additionally, you can use use very, very little water (barely any, you don't want the paper to absorb it, only the paint) on a thin brush to make the colors blend in better. You should also avoid using line paper.

These are things I learned in University. The little things, that make a huge difference. I wish arts schools were available to everyone.

I like your concept, but I also think you can remake the art, make it better than it is. I'll gladly pin it if you try again.
