In short: Based on these game concept arts, which one would you play more likely just from this first glance, 🇦 or 🇧 ?
For those who want to help me even more:
||I'm playing around with an exploration game, where you can slip in the role of an early 20th century explorer, going on daring expeditions, searching the arctic ocean for a lost continent or city. During your expeditions you create extensive journals to fund your next expeditions. Ofc. you need to manage all your submarines systems, plan your routes and navigate daring frozen depths. Now with the main goal being, to capture that "experience" and "feel" such an daring expedition must have had back in the days, I'm not too sure which one fits better. One one hand the more cozy aesthetic makes the game for sure more unique and potentially opens it up to a bigger audience that does not like dark and dingy stuff. On the other hand that is simply the reality... Considering all this now, do you think 🅰️ or 🅱️ fits the game better? Working on thid new creature consept! Large lungs allows it to take deep dives to their hunting spots. This schooling fish burries its head in brine pools, hairy tail mimicking kelp luring in smaller fish. They eat decaying fish / mulm from the bottom of brine pools. Also need name ideas!

Tbh I don't really like the little separate crescent wave shaped thingies, I feel like it would look better like most of your others paintings of water where its more of a single disturbed surface rather than individual waves. (Still super cool btw don't think I don't like it)
