Sadly no, but the OST usually drops after full release anyways, Not early access.

If there's enough demand though I could see them working out a deal with Ben to release the OST in volumes so we can have some now and some later.

Games can run with hardwate below the minimum, it isn't a hard line and depends on your cpu and ram too. But I'd reccomend checking the difference in gpu power on the various sites that compare them
