Check the backs of the reefback, there are barnacles in their back that drop copper or silver in grassy plateaus, or check sandstone outcrops on the walls there too or the neighboring kelp forest might have some in the cave systems

Go 2 clicks right of northwest starting from lifepod I think and head to the grassy plateaus, there is a neighboring kelp forest with glowing jellyfish thingies on the top of a cave entrance, if you enter it, there are alot of quartz and sandstone outcrops there too. In the grassy plateaus, there are also sandstone on the walls of the tall plateaus and the wall seperating the mushroom forest and the grassy plateaus

What you can do is to drive the PRAWN suit and dock it in the moonpool, take the 2 powercells that are fully charged out, then put 2 dead powercells and wait for it to charge in the moonpool.
