Cyclops being a mobile base is the only good thing about it
It's slow, it's big, it's hard to navigate in really tight places, power consumption is big (even with the efficiency module) and if you dock a vehicle in it, it will automatically charge it and that's just more power consumption which you cannot stop unless you get the vehicle out of it again
