Bioreactor produces 50 energy per minute and water filtration machine uses 51 per minute. And only one reactor is used at a time until it's empty (of energy, not biofuel). If you start filtering with both bioreactors full (base energy 1000/1000) it will take 500 minutes until the other bioreactor starts being used (provided that you remove the salt and/or water and keep filling biomass to the reactor being used.
