from my understanding there were a bunch of people who landed in their own escape drop pod ships like we did, but they all died while we were knocked out, when you are sent to these spots and find the lore PDA's they often have some kind of info explaining their situation and eventual deaths, although some are vague in the latter part, theres a really good youtube video where someone collects all this info and goes over the deaths of all the other altera crew memebers deaths (or probable) ones, but unless its specificlly mentioned in the game lore some of them are open to "most likely died this way" kinda reasoning, either way, the warpers were hunting down others who managed to survive for a while

havign a fully built and stocked cyclops is pretty much a fully mobile base, you can do pretty much everything inside one other than having an aquarium, a scanner room, and outdoor (in water) plant grow beds, always kinda wished they'd add some late game things to it so you could have all this on a fully mobile base imo

Seamoths are faster, and can help, but gotta be extra careful because of the sound attracting the Reapers. So the low and slow method still helps. And I make sure I have the Lazer cutter and stuff before going so I only go once

also put a bunch of storage upgrades on your seamoth, don’t bring any food, and you’ll be able to get literally everything in all the crates and whatnot

If you're not planning on crafting the nuclear reactor, then don't bother picking up any uranite.

You have to make reactor rods with the uranite. According to the wiki, it gives about 20,000 energy for each rod.

Use fauna instead. peepers are a very solid option as they're easy to find and give 420 energy each.

i bought the game on april 2nd and my friend bought the game Yesterday on his ps5,my lap Is so trash that i need to play It in 720p low res to run It in 30-40 fps

Below zero is a separate story from the first counterpart. Different characters and an entirely different storyline. It does however, take place on the same planet (456b). Now performance wise, you should probably get it on ps5 if your laptop doesn't have a dedicated gpu.
