It probably doesnt have to br super big so for a basic layout id probably do a multipurpose room with a nuclear reactor, then have an observatory branching off it, might need a reinforcement or 2 because its a kinda deep location

Or for the best sustainable power, a large room with a nuclear and bioreactor, and an alien containment filled with oculuses for the bioreactor and to eat any time you need
