You should not park vehicles over land or wreckage because when you leave the area, terrain despawns and when you come back, it can spawn back in unpredictably which is why people get their seamoth beached and stuck

Whoo! The best O2 tank in game. PRAWN attachments are mostly found in giant wrecks. I think the torpedo arm is the giant wreck you would normally come across while heading to LP 19 (Keen's) at some point.

I would make a temporary scanner room with the upgrades and plop it down and scan for fragments/wrecks if you're unsure where to start looking.
