Ok my fav strategy to kill reapers is what I call the red neck
Ram the reaper with the cyclops on ahead flank
Dont turn the engine off and grab a fire extinguisher and deal with the fire while your cyclops floods
Get in your seamoth thats docked in the bay and go out and get grabbed and zap them
Abandon the seamoth
Stasis rifle the reaper and stab it with the normal knife

2 questions 1) can I park my cyclops in a moonpool? 2) from what I read online the cuddlefish is invincible. Is this 100% true? Because, I have the coolest base in the mushroom forest, and I wanna move my base stuff there (cuz I’m lazy and wanna just deconstruct and move, don’t really need much in the safe shallows to warrant being there all the time) but that only relies on if my cuddlefish will be safe if I move him here. The base is in probably the safest part of the mushroom forest, right in the middle only the occasional bone shark.
Bonus question, is it worth the danger to get more cuddlefish eggs? Don’t wanna encounter reapers. I made my bf get the cyclops engine pieces for me in the no no reap reap zone cuz it was too scary and we actually did it without seeing the bugger at all, so I really don’t see a reason to need new pants after that lol.
