you can also use the habitat builder with 2 titanium and 2 lead to make a staircase with foundations

you have to finish building a piece to enable the grid but once you do you can start another one above and to the side

since not fully constructed pieces still have collision you can jump up on that, deconstruct the initial one, finish constructing the new one, and start another

agressive leviathans likley don't taste good. carnivorus flesh is really tough, lean and bad tasting. an active lifestyle means that their meat wont taste good. they also have a bunch of acids they use to break down proteins so they'd taste terrible if you could cook them.

The list only finds resoruces that are loaded. When reloading a save only small area of the map is loaded. You have to swim around (or use camera drones) to load more terrain and resources.

in my opinion the whole "best lr entrance" is kind of a scam because really there is no inherently dangerous entrance and whatever you pick you'll prob be fine regardless. blood kelp and grand reef are nice because the game alr gives you beacons to them (||degassi base, lifepod 2||). trench is cool too because it has probably the least hostile creatures and is also somewhat easy to locate. it is pretty tight tho. If I had to pick one to avoid I suppose I'd say bulb zone because it's kind of close to mountains and I suppose you COULD stumble onto a leviathan if you got really lost but stilll unlikely

Jellyrays are my favorite so I build mine close to the Aurora so I have nigh infinite titanium via scraps.

They're cute too. Sometimes I'll spawn them in around my base. Or simply hatch their eggs and release them. That way I can see them when I go into my "private quarters" (bottom floor is the "work floor"). And I use the ACU as a "elevator" of sorts to move between floors.

With the fastswim command. Careful because you can be flying passed your target location and go faster than the game can load. I found this out the hard way. 😅
