If you have the habitat builder (no titanium needed) you can build base parts to push the seamoth back in the water. The blue outline thing is enough since it already has a hitbox.

Other options include ||the Prop/Repulsion cannon, the Prawn and the prawn prop arm (which can fully lift the entire seamoth).||

I've beaten the game quite a few times in survival. This is the second time I'm attempting a hardcore run. The first time I tried, I got stuck in an area because it was like the water disappeared or the game wasn't registering that I was in the water because I couldn't swim and this was before they added the unstuck option. So I died of thirst. Even tried save and quitting but when i got back in, I was still stuck. And this was close to the end. So i never tried hardcore since. But I'm doing it now. Wish me luck.
