for subnautica specifically no, but general advice is your steam games shouldnt be installed in folders that AV and windows security like to mess with. so never put anything important in downloads, documents, or program files. and avoid OneDrive folders if possible too

custom top-level folder like c:/gaming or on secondary hard drives reduce complications

i've never had subnautica give that error so i dont know. i just said a way to avoid some types of file access errors. i dont know if its YOUR specific issue. but you could easily move your steam location to one that isnt prone to issues and see if it helps.

I did some culling of sand sharks with the help of the stasis rifle, because apparently it’s realistic where less of them will respawn if there is less of them in general (similar to reproduction)
