cyclops takes 11 space in raw materials, wall lockers have 30 space, so ill say they are 3:1 and just remove 1 out of every 30 lockers, in the hatch you can fit 8, 41 in the lower bit with the ladder (i can build on the ceiling but im not counting that cause i could get about 130 more lockers in here with that), 68 past the docking bay, where im too lazy now but just the lower of cyolops (only abusing a bug for 2 so far) you can fit a total of 117 lockers, so ill remove 4 lockers out of genorcity and a total of 342 raw cyclops' can fit in the lower cyclops

so i guess yeah thats half the answer, could definetly fit 1k without bugs and probably 2k, maybee 3k with bugs

actually probably 5k cause i know there were bugs to build on the top and bottom of the cyclops but now you can build over existing lockers, so if there isnt a rule to access them all you could make all the back ones stacked from the floor to the ceiling and do that all the way until the hatch, or cockpit

you just need to be prepped with a bunch of lithium and titanium for reinforcements IF youre going to absurd depths. bases in the deepest area wont be that hard to reinforce

or dont and just let the base flood since rooms have a little bit of a gap at the top iirc

if you have vehicles you can put a base at any depth above their crush depth without problems

you could theoretically set up a ladder of moonpools since they dont take damage when docked, just repair in the moonpool (its difficult but doable)

without vehicles i wouldnt recommend going farther than 100m without a rebreather and 200 with one
