From my understanding multiple engine efficiency modules don't affect the Cyclops at all

The first one has an effect in anything after that as far as I know has no effect

Honestly I've never had an issue with the battery life on my cyclops

I carry two additional power cells in a locker right next to the upgrade console for the Cyclops and otherwise I just make sure I'm always charging up all the power cells at my two Moon pools in the safe shallows

The Cyclops is my base, all of my resource storage is in there I have a grow bed for marble melons in there which satisfy my food needs and then whichever vehicle I think I'll need for whatever I'm doing be it sea moth or prawn suit is always with me

Because I do all my crafting when I'm right next to my moon pools

First time I played the game I was in an Xbox party with someone who had a little more experience than I did and they told me the sea glide was essential and I being the stubborn piece of garbage that I am took that as a challenge to never use the seaglide

I made an exception to that rule when I was building a base out in the void because that's just a dumb idea to do without maximum speed (or just a dumb idea at all) but other than that I have never even scanned all of the sea glide parts

Reefbacks? No. Only small edible fish, rays, shuttlebugs, crashfish (if their nest is not destroyed), warpers, void ghosts and creatures killed by other creatures respawn.

I downloaded a program to activate achievements that I didn't get, but I left those that I shouldn't have gotten, like ||finding 2 degaise bases||, and it won't be considered cheating?
I can prove that I completed the game

although who am I making excuses for

The finding the bases achievements are unlocked when you grab specific PDAs.

For instance the one in the Jellyshroom you have to pick up the PDA in the observatory.

Using commands disables the achievements remaining.

That's probably what you did, if you didn't get some of them you should have.
