Once you farm salt deposits its over, just 10 salt deposits can give you enough water for a really long time

Disinfected water is the goat fr. And once you get thermal knife you never need to worry about food either

I think it's certainly possible (assuming the planet is cured) and potentially likely as except for the threats that inhabit 4546B (Hostile Leviathans, crabsquids/snakes etc).

However, food is quite abundant, so it would be 100% possible in the shallows.

However (ignore I said however twice), outside of the game for a second to take a bath in the lore of the game, creatures like Reapers would be a LOT more dangerous than the game portrays, especially given the fact that they work on echolocation rather than line of sight.

But in partially short, I think it's definitely possible that humans could inhabit 4546B. I mean they ||managed in BZ for a good while (haven't finished so I can't say for certain) but it was unnatural causes that caused the mission to fail||

Grassy plateaus is quite safe and central map wise. For a starter base it's practically perfect. I built my Grassy plateaus base nearby a Jellyshroom cave entrance and an intersection between a kelp forest, grassy plateaus (obviously) and safe shallows.

Plus if you find the right area ish, you're also quite close to the sparse reef which is quite good for resecorces

Technically, there's no wrong place for a base. Underneath the lifepod can definitely work if you wanted to, but other places tend to be better in some areas (like gameplay) than others.

You can't really fix the perspective. The problem is more prevalent in SN because you don't have things to compare with.

If you are on the beach and you spawn a boneshark here it will feel bigger to you because your brain will compare its size with the bulbo tree.

Also because you won't be able to travel through the y axis.

You'll have to see them at some point, but you can explore a lot of mid-game wrecks without encountering one. Underwater Islands, Mushroom Forest, Bulb Zone, the one in Grand Reef near the border of the biome, not the second one, Blood Kelp Trench and Sparse Reef.

Ideally you want to find the upgrades for the Prawn Suit and the Cyclops. The more upgrades you have the easiest the endgame will be.

That's a good question. Another thing that has HP is the waterproof locker. So you can actually break them with collision damage.

But the thing was I mistakenly parked seamoth below 900m and it got destroyed 💀, than I thought about taking prawn, which also goes 900m and I look at the crafting icon there is only MK2 which requires kyanite. So I went down thinking there is no MK1, so I’m deep inside the hole with my prawn and realised it can’t be possible, so I left my prawn at 900m and swim all the way up to my base, I go to my monopole and realise there is MK1, and it requires some new ore, which can be found in 900m 💀, now I have to go all they way back and than come back again to craft it.
