ok so there are currently 3 main 16:9 (thats just pixel ratio so every 16 pixels vertically is 9 pixels horizontally) resolutions on PC these are:
1920x1080 (1080p)
2560x1440 (1440p)
3840x2160 (2160p/4k)
900p is 1600x900 so its a step down from the lowest most people go and when someone says (insert resolution) low it means that resolution at low settings (the lower the settings the worse the game looks) so 900p low is low settings at 1600x900 and 2160p ultra is maxed settings at 3840x2160

I'd check the signals again and read your database and listen to the found PDAs for clues.

Take your time it's a single player you don't have to rush.

Your PDA tells you the most things. Listen to your radio, point your Scanner everywhere even if it doesn't look scanable, check your receipes in the fabricator to discover useful tools you can already make. and follow the signals you get from radio or by hints from lost PDAs you can pick up. When you get a signal I recommend go there from your lifepod the ways then lead to points on interest on your way. and also check the area around and go further. not only the signals alone.

a respirator and airbladder are very useful things.

You have to go deeper it's huge underground biome, almost covering all biomes of the map and there are 4 entrances to go there. You can find it when you follow your radio messages and check out all the areas around lifepods.

Sea Dragons are very slow you can totally scan them without a stasis as long as you keep above and behind their head. It's more dangerous when they do what they always do. Clitch throught the walls.

You can find an entrance at ||blood kelp trench, northern blood kelp zone (idk much about that one), and one tiny bit away from lifepod 12, I believe ||
