Too long for me, you can use lifepod 12, from there go left on this huge ridge and into the lost river, you keep going until you find the ghost and just go straight down boom you're there

Most likely place is deep sparse reef, although it’s not for certain. You could find none, or maybe up to 3 there. But dunes has a pretty decent chance of having time capsules. Some other places too, but dunes is known to have decent time capsule hunting
