Storage on the Cyclops is particularly tricky. Wall lockers have a habit of floating away when the sub is attacked and large lockers take up a lot of floor space in the cramped quarters

With a little trick yes: you can pick up non-empty floating lockers with prawn and then move them from prawn inventory to your own. But to get items you need to drop/deploy the lockers, and then you again need prawn to get them back in inventory (bit of a hassle)

So when you remove the world you remove your capsules, they'll be fetched by other players as they won't leave the active pool of time capsules. Some of them were discovered more than 60k times.
