Many people lose their cyclops because they use decoys, silent running and whatever, sure it looks cool but whatever. If you turn off the engine any, literally any creature (except lava larvae) stop any interactions with the cyclops. It turns into a literal base, if a reaper charges at you? just turn off the engine and wait for it to go away and then keep going at ease. so idk why cyclops wouldn't be safe...?

I think normal powercells and batteries could be fine. The reason they're filtered out are probably because when you send a time capsule you send the designation of the items, their techtypes. And not the object itself with its properties.

So for instance if you send a cooked and rotten fish, it will be a cooked fish when the player receive it.

If you would place a depleted battery, if would be fully charged.

In the tools, their charge is kept as you can see above.

And an ||ion powercell|| would be in the blacklist in any case, because it's needed in the ||Neptune|| blueprint.
