PRISMATIC CAPSULES

I just tried to open 16 PRISMATIC CAPSULES and it took the Prismas and nothing happened.
My Ingame name is SirRahal and this happened around 1pm EST.

Same just happened to me when exchanging 1500 prisma for 4 capsules. Prisma was taken, but no capsules to open.

I wish someone would look at the logs and refund me the Prisma. Or at least, reply so I know someone is looking into it.

The site was super not helpful. After navigating the site, it sent me back to discord. And when i chat I get to the end and this is what I see:

the reason this happens is because you leveled up your hunter level from playing and got an extra hunter token bringing you to the max of 3.

for some odd reason, if the interface doesn't pop up manually you will just lose your prisma and it will only fix when you reload your game, you won't get prisma refunded though - potentially tech can help you out here
