Beebo can reach VERY high speeds while using his bomb and grapple hook. Not only he can propell himself with that with extremely high velocities, but can also do it with his ult.
Crossing the whole arena island width in under a second should not be possible.
Just some time ago you've fixed Beebo from doing this with the bungee, so I guess it's time to do the same exact thing with grapple?
