Refund?

Hey guys, it has come to my attention that the Secret Agent Shiv skin is available using certain creator codes, however I bought the skin before knowing this; Would it be possible to apply for a refund or some sorts so I could purchase something else instead?

If I remember correctly if its within 7(?) days you can refund by opening a ticket
