Just had an idea that may make fighting Jule more tolerable.
What if stepping on her rmb-orb removes all (some?) of her static stacks?
You could make it deal damage based on how many are removed. Maybe even make it despawn after. Sort of a electric discharge, going with the hunter concept.
So she can not guarantee the oneshot anymore, prolonged fighting her is possible and her defense needs to be more strategic.
Also scales up her interactions with her team beyond extra damage and heals since the team might have to help secure her orb and extra dash if she fails the stun.
