#Packet Loss For Entire Matches is a problem that needs to be solved before launch

Hi. Spy here. I recently made a post about this with no luck so far regarding packet loss in certain matches. It reads:

*"I've been having issues with incoming packet loss shooting to 30% for the entirety of a game occasionally (literally start to end). It happens ~1 in every 4 games.

-My ping is normal the entire time
-It either happens the entirety of a game or not at all (either 0% whole game or fluctuating between 10 and 30% whole game, never hitting 0% even once)
-Can happen multiple times in a row but is rare
-I play mostly custom games
-I do not have packet loss on other online games ever

Things I've tried to fix it
-I have tried with and without network acceleration option
-Reconnecting to the lagging game
-Restarting router
-Restarting client
-Restarting computer
-Closing all applications while playing

I am no computer expert, but this is what I think may be possible problems...
-the game has different servers where each lobby is hosted and whenever it lands on a certain server, that server is not properly delivering information to my computer or my computer doesn't take information from that server for some reason (otherwise I don't know why it would be specific to certain games. It's literally an entire game from start to finish, or not at all. It never starts part way through or ends lagging part way through)
-life hates me

Any solutions would be appreciated"

I have 2 wire shark recordings available to send and diagnose the issue.

1 is for a game where I'm suffering packet loss (remember, it's either packet loss or none for the whole game with no exceptions) and 1 game where I get 0 packet loss. This information might be able to help diagnose the problem, but I'm not knowledgable enough to understand what it means. Could someone please help me? This lag is ruining competitive play for me.*

My Theorycraft ticket has gone unanswered for nearly a month.
I am genuinely begging. I cannot practice with a clear mind when I'm getting tilted, every game a roll of the dice whether I'm going to have packet loss or not. The packet loss games are not playable, I cannot see abilities, and I can't buffer abilities properly. Everything is rubberbanding. Every time I get packet loss, I just want to leave the scrim. And I have no control over it. Completely rng whether I will have packet loss the entire time or completely stable gameplay. I don't think my teammates want to play with my lag anymore.

Please fix this or come up with a solution before launch.

Ok... just had a game like this and shit feels so bad. Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it's caused by full real player lobbies cus I've only had stuff like it happen when no or cloae to no bots, which is kinds funny.

Interesting, i've had this exact same packet loss issue, but not for supervive, but apex legends instead

Potentially found a solution, courtesy of MandM. Gonna continue testing today, but I ran over 20 connections to warmup lobbies and 7 arena matches with no packet loss, when I usually have about 1/3 of connections with packet loss.

Using "wtfast" seems to solve it. I'll keep this updated.

Here is a clip. Stagger doesn't read. Movement doesn't look choppy in recording but is. My Ranged autos just don't load in. When I do screamer camp 2nd stagger doesn't load. As soon as i have that happen I know all game will be lagging like this its miserable. It isn't an every game thing for me, but when it does its just awful

It is totally at random and the symptoms seem almost completely random when it happens.
Big indicators that I notice when it is happening are:

Impacts are **signifigantly **unsynced with what your are seeing and inputing

Staggering mobs doesn't register at all, like they lose HP but you dont hear or see the noise

Range autos being invisible or spawning way late

Staggered and Choppy movement.
