#Felix's Heat Shield (Q) hitbox is wonky with elevation and line-of-sight

This bug is a doozy so be ready for a bit of a read: Felix's Q seems to have trouble hitting people at different elevations than himself.

I did a lot of testing with Celeste R, an ability which shares a lot of similarities with Felix's Q when it comes to interactions: Both are large AoE areas around the player, and are affected by line-of-sight. In the Abyss, Celeste R will largely hit targets no matter their elevation below the ground plane, whether she's lower than the enemy or vice versa. Felix Q will not hit targets if their elevation is drastically different, and seems to completely ignore abyss balloons.

In the attached video to this message, you can see Celeste R hitting the ground-level enemy while Celeste was mantling during R. Felix's Q does not hit these same targets, even with much more generous elevation differences (I had to move slightly to the side while testing Felix because Felix L SHIFT does hit the dummy while mantling so it caused trouble in the recording.. L SHIFT hits but Q doesn't?)

Also I can't get footage of the Abyss elevation issue because I need an additional player to show it and it's 8AM ET (Felix's Q largely cannot hit abyss balloons of players that are low, and if players are above him while he's low in the abyss, Felix Q will not hit the players above him. Celeste R does not have this issue) but I'll try to get that in a bit when friends are online

I tried to record it with the Challenge room spikable dummies but they keep despawning due to another bug 😔

Bumping this bug, currently still an issue in 1.0

Couple weeks into 1.0 and still a consistent bug. I think one of the most frustrating thing about this bug is a lot of "melee" hunter's have some type of dunk to help them over abyss but Felix doesn't. When competing against other melee hunter's, he has to worry about playing around that dunk and has to use as much of his kit to fight and the fact one of the biggest parts of it is just not usable reliably is a huge negative impact on the hunter.
