#Max hook on KP

+1 to this, it feels weird that it doesn't already do this.. it feels like 99% of the time it's used on enemies, might as well make that 1% you choose to save an ally with it more effective and less punishing if you're maxing RMB
Maybe it even rewards more CDR for hooking allies, up to 50% instead of 33%? Would encourage playing KP like a reactive tanky support at times
This sounds like a good idea on paper, but I have two concerns:
