...and doesn't respond to button presses. I don't understand the reasons for the bug, but as far as I can tell it works either after jumping off/on a cliff or after rooting/stunning from opponents.
I've encountered this bug multiple times in matches. My friend who plays also reported a similar problem.

yeah after i been rooted i got locked from pressing any of my abilities except base "jump" for like 5 sec or so (much longer than the debuff lasts)

It's working nicely when ur not in combat, i don't see me spam glide while mid fight without being spike/dead ! Still thank you sir !
