I get this screen everytime i start game and now it actually got completely stuck. Usually it gets unstuck once the comercial for skins pop up but now while i got dced during a match im copmpletly unable to get passed this screen...

another update: tried uninstalling and reinstalling on steam did not fix issue.. uninstalled game again and tried instaling it via theorycraft launcher still dead :( I just want to play

okey i got in again here is what i did: I uninstalled Microsoft visual C++ which at first didn't help so dunno if thast the solution. i also verfied game flies integrety via steam but that didn't help at the beginning either. then i shutdown other running applications i had installed before i had the issue one of them was "Tidal" something similar to "spotify" and also shut down blizzard launcher.
HOWEVER what i think caused the bug was the "unlock a hunter" because i have all hunters so this lvl within the tier gets skipped and once i had restared the game often enough i finally got the message "skip this" i was able to click on it (approximently 20-30 restarts of the game) and i got back to the main manu.

another uupdate: game crashed early during a match - now i am back at this state. I start game i see the purple questionmark and then it crashes.

nope not at all
the game was working flawlessly for around 40h game time. it all started i think after the last patch. i started to get this question mark on screen it lagged a while then the shop comercial screen popped up and we were good to go. but the lags kept growing in lenght and nowits stuck.
but for now sadly i think i wont be able to play the game anymore :(

i finally< figured it out i feel so stupid but then again my IT knowleedge is very limited
well it wasn't me my friend told me to update grafics card driver
it did the trick...

So you updated your graphics card driver and the question mark no longer appears? Because I have the same problem as you.
