So the problem is that when i try to change to directx 12 the game says it need to restart. I click on "restart game" and the game exit, but never start again. When i open the game again its on directx 11 yet

When you launch, we try to use dx12. If there are issues, we fall back to dx11. It's likely that is what is happening.

What is your gpu?

i3 1005g1 with integrated graphics

i can run other games on dx12

#

so i dont know what to do

DX11 is defaulted if you have ancient drivers or on select hardware.

#directx 12 issue
