i think we have the same error
thing is i havent linked my acount yet
i get an error when creating an account on their website
so maybe the fact that i dont ahve a supervive account linked to steam
makes us not be allowed to play
and we get that error as well

the only solution to our error seems to be:
typing -DX 11
reinstaling the game
doing something with the firewall
doing something with the antivirus
verifying the game files
tried all of them and still nothing, so eya

i was also haveing the same issue that why i am here but after typeing the -DX11 on the lunch options the issue was solved
