We had a game yesterday where I think that either two teams starting respawning at the Heart beacon at exact the same time or that other team did "steal" our timer. I stood on it the full time and it made the other team respawn, not mine. Clip attached (sorry for the weird cropping, all my recordings from yesterday are messed up for some reason)

Not a bug friend. If you watch VERY closely, youll see that you stepped out of the circle, and your timer began to fall lower. Another team stepped into the circle at this time, and thus gained priority for the revive
0:09-0:10 you stepped outside the green circle, and were not actively reviving in that moment, and the timer goes down/swaps to orange as they had stepped into it
