I feel like supporter pack have been greatly mishandled. You do list of things we're getting and say they're exclusive and all, which is great, but leaves out a very important thing. What do these cosmetics look like. You say it's a good deal, and while I am not denying that. I must mention that it's only a good deal if I like the cosmetic, which is something highly subjective as it is very rare to have a skin that is objectively good or bad.
I hope the devs would considered reworking the supporter pack page to make it more comprehensible and easier to understand from a glance.
A good example I believe - completely unrelated to the game- is the Thrones and liberty pre order page from amazon where you could click on specific categories and it would expand to show the cosmetic below so that we know what we're getting.
I also hope we'd get to know a little more about the theorycraft coins and vive points as it roughly or approximately what can we get with them
thank you for reading this, I doubt this would reach the devs but if I hope you'd be willing to spread the word as this was a deterred me from purchasing a pack sadly.
By no means do I wish to insult, throw shade at or be hostile towards the devs. It was just an honest feedback post mentioning some of my concerns and reasons as to why I am hesitant to purchase a pack and I hope it would be address before too long so that I too may purchase one, I believe many others might have similar concerns and hope white-knights won't crucify me for my honesty as that would hurt the game too
