#Login error while trying to launch the game

Hello Theorycraft game helping team.
It's been 2 days since I have the same error while trying to launch the game. (see the gif attached)
To clarify everything :

  • I'm running the game on a laptop with windows 11 up to date
  • I'm french and currently leaving in south korea.
  • I don't use any VPN when I try to launch the game.
  • I try to repair the installation of my game and re-install the game after noticing that noting have changed
  • I've uninstall and re-install the game on both my C: drive and my D: drive where I normally install all my games
  • I also uninstall and re-install the launcher
  • My roommate doesn't have any issue while running the game. I tried to launch the game on his laptop with my account and it worked. So I'm guessing that the issue is either from my laptop or the launcher itself
    PS : I get my key from a friend of mine who received 2 in his e-mails and his is perfectly working
    PS2 : I really want to test the game but it seems that the game doesn't want me to test it

Also in the gif attached I cut the connection time but in real life the whole process takes around 1:20 minute

Do you mind sharing your launcher logs here? Press "Win+R" and paste "%APPDATA%\theorycraft-games-launcher\log then just dump the logs here.

As i said in my first message i tried with and without, but while reading your message i thought about some software i had to use for using the wifi at my school and by desactivate them it finally works
