hey there! have you tried running the launcher as administrator? this error looks like a security permission issue so something is blocking the patchkit

Can probably try this (antivirus check, run as admin, appdata permissions)

If all else failse, completely reinstalling by uninstalling then wiping each directory would probably help fix this
