I know there was an issue with the previous launcher that was solved with running as an administrator, have you tried that yet?
The new launcher is only a week old or so, so there's some new bugs to work out solutions to

Not sure, check this support thread but it's been changed and gutted since the new launcher came about

@lyric condor we have the launcher 100% issue here and running as administrator did not fix the issue, do you got more suggestions?

@halcyon kayak Would you be able to zip up your full logs directory %APPDATA%\theorycraft-games-launcher\logs and dm that zip file to me and we'll dig into what happened.
