His main blade took a smattering of trail and error.. I think I ended up doing a dark base and then using a wash with that super blue on the edges/ base of the blade, then dry brushing the cyan on top of that. For the other blue glows it was just super blue base (usually wash) and then cyan on top of that (also wash) .... for the "glow" lighting on the armor and stuff, super blue dry brush.
I'm making up those color names, hope you know which ones I am referring to... forgot the in game names 😄

yeah I know which ones, I've been using them a lot for my Cholek ones. Been tinkering with ways to make blue radioactive looking vines and tubes
I at least found out how to make a really cool pearlescent metallic color
