Not sure what you mean by "super high" but I also just removed it with my mining gear and ported a few of those back to the base.

There are multiple of them on the outer edges and you basically just need 1 of them.

do the alien tech arena thingy in the sunken sea biome.

If you wanna know a good way how to farm them after you got your first, that´s a different question^^

I just need one for the boss summon. So just look for the alien arena in sunken sea u say? Sunken sea is the one with the crabs? Or the crystal monsters?

in the biome with the crabs go to the crystal one there and search for alien arenas. then, if you manage to finish the arena a chest will spawn
