'Ice Wind's are blue glowy butterflies🦋 They're critters and don't do much yet. They can be found in the desert in a specific spot & also in sunken sea. However myself I only find them in the desert (its a me problem i guess).
A 'Frozen Flame' is a valueable which is also from the desert of a specific point. 🙂
