Do they look like they are lagging while just walking around? If so, it could be ping related. I've noticed it when playing with US people (I'm in the EU)

That's because the server is still using the steam networking services. You'd have to set an ip / port for your server, that way the connection is direct instead of routing through steam

Yeah follow you advice it reduce ping from 19x ~2xx to 9x~1xx
Is it have another way to reduce more?
Also reduce lag. Right now it can play long time and then lag one time

There's really no way, sadly. I'm using a UK hosted server, and I normally have a ~20 ping, but it seems that the server has a bit more overhead since it shows ~90-130.

Lag could be due to memory problems. Some people said there's a memory leak (I haven't noticed it yet, but that's due to me having an abnormal amount of ram)
