Gonna be real, as powerful as Fo/Hu is for Rod/Partisan, it's mostly a meme build that can edge out on damage, though you miss a lot of utility from having a Te subclass

so it's a non-issue

also somewhat encourages meme shenanigans for certain situations if you feel inclined over just playing your class properly, which promotes a level of build variety still in regards to the weapons you're using

Some of these also aren't that bad and flow relatively well with their main class, like Gu/Hu with a TMG/Sword can edge out against Gu/Ra with TMG/Rifle, though it's a bit more situational than Gu/Ra

As Force my options are Rod/Talis with Fo/Te, Rod/Partisan with Fo/Hu, or Rod/Boots with Fo/Bo
